DIRECTING
Including the powerful drama of a runaway slave POSSESSING HARRIET by Kyle Bass (production profiled on PBS), Eugene O’Neill’s ANNA CHRISTIE in New Jersey (see posted review page), OTHELLO in NYC starring Timothy Stickney of ABC’s”One Life to Live” and a fine workshop of Sam Shepard’s FOOL FOR LOVE in Florida.

PLAYWRITING
My current projects include adaptations of Sherlock Holmes stories performed radio-style and a pair of two-actor biographical plays: one about Zelda & F. Scott Fitzgerald based on their letters; the other a celebration of the famous married actor-couple Alfred Lunt and Lynn Fontanne.
TEACHING
Shakespeare and Acting, often with my wife Alison J. Murphy.
